WHAT WE NEED:

We are seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to join our sales force as mortgage bankers. Applicants should be competitive, sales oriented individuals with a strong desire to succeed and earn a six-figure income.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED:



  • In-house credit repair and counseling services- specialists work with clients in order to improve and correct credit scores.  This service allows bankers to make every lead a closeable loan.  
  • Realtor referral program- connects new clients with top realtors in their local area.  Program gives clients free access to reliable, top agents and helps bankers build future referral sources. 



TRAINING:



  • First Omni provides (2) weeks of professional training at an onsite, state of the art training facility.
  • Led by our Corporate Trainer, new bankers are given the appropriate education to start a successful career and quickly develop a customer pipeline.
  • Bankers receive a generous number of NEW, hot leads during training and the Corporate Trainer helps you develop a customer base for quick commission compensation.
  • After classroom training, each banker is paired with a seasoned banker to continue training to ensure each individual's success.
  • Abbreviated training schedules available for experienced bankers.
